Tifffany & Co. double signed Patek’s are nothing short of hens teeth. If you walk into Tiffany they’ll tell you 10-15 year wait and even by then you probably won’t get one. This particular example in white gold with a grey dial is like new with little to no wear and was sold in 2020. It is unpolished with everything from new including the blue Tiffany box. The Nautilus is one of the most comfortable versatile watches there is. You can dress it up or wear it on the boat.
